Available to insurance carriers and state governments, Benaissance Billing Services is a fully outsourced, turnkey individual subscriber billing service. A full step beyond the combination of SPMpoint or HBEpoint with Payment Services, in Benaissance Billing Services Benaissance becomes the biller. Our customers simply send us files of new enrollees, and we send them back regular premium remittance files (via ACH) and ongoing eligibility files (see Benaissance Eligibility Services). We take care of the “garbage” – personal checks & money orders, bank checks without coupons, subsidies, postmark date grace period adjudication, partial payments, overpayments, NSF payments, charge backs, merchant processing fees, etc.
