Benaissance Customers Hold Inaugural User Group Meeting

Omaha, NE, August 28, 2009 -- The first meeting of the independent Benaissance User Group of COBRApoint Software as a Service (SaaS) users was hosted by Workable Solutions, Inc. on August 13, 2009. Attended by eight COBRApoint customers, the first meeting was scheduled to develop a formal structure and establish direction for upcoming meetings. All attendees were current COBRApoint customers engaged in continuation administration services.

Open to all current customers, the Benaissance User Group provides a networking forum for COBRApoint customers to focus on the exchange of best practice information and the provision of a collective and direct voice into Benaissance product development. Terry McCorvie, President of Workable Solutions states, “By the end of 2009 we hope to have forty or more national COBRA and Retiree Billing administrators actively participating in our monthly virtual meetings. This provides a unique opportunity for administrators to train administrators – not only in the daily use of COBRApoint but also in best practices for better serving our clients, running our businesses, and responding to legislative change.” The group has also formed an online community to support Q&A posting and real time chat sessions.
