Randy Reffert Joins Benaissance® as Quality Assurance Leader

Omaha, NE - February 23, 2010 - Benaissance, the leading provider of business technologies and BPO solutions for COBRA and non-COBRA third party administrators and insurance carriers, today announced that it has appointed Mr. Randy Reffert Quality Assurance Leader for COBRApoint, our flagship SaaS platform. Reffert will lead all Quality Assurance activities and product testing on behalf of our customers.

Reffert joins Benaissance after a 22 year career in developing and implementing quality assurance controls and procedures across a wide spectrum of enterprise class technologies. Most recently, Randy was Software Quality Assurance Manager for ACI Worldwide where he managed two independent groups of software test engineers, one in the US and one in India.
