Benaissance® Announces Launch of SPMpoint℠ and Benapoint℠ Service Suite

Omaha, NE - November 1, 2009 - Benaissance, the leading provider of Software as a Service solutions for benefits administrators and insurance carriers, today announced the launch of SPMpoint, which joins the company’s flagship COBRApoint® SaaS service in the new Benapoint service suite. The first enterprise class direct billing administration platform, SPMpoint has been designed to empower customers to efficiently manage the entire direct bill administration lifecycle in a secure on-demand environment. Customers may choose to adopt COBRApoint, SPMpoint, or both in the fully integrated Benapoint suite.

With this release, administrators and insurance carriers can deliver better time- and cost-savings and operational efficiencies for their organizations. • Expanded web-based reporting and data access through Comma Separated Value (CSV), XML, and Microsoft Access Database (MDB) file formats.
• Powerful and secure self-service web portals for all key stakeholders including clients, client divisions, and members.
• First to market functionality including a highly configurable premium administration fee management system, custodial cash management systems, and premium billing frequencies (annual, quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly).
• Seamless integration with COBRApoint, the leader in total benefits continuation administration compliance platforms.
