We have most certainly walked in our customers' shoes! Prior to founding Benaissance, we built and ran COBRA Outsourcing Company, a national COBRA and Direct Billing administrator which served over 4,000 employers, managed over $88MM in annual premiums, and generated hundreds of thousands of letters a year from 1995 to 2006. We were a highly efficient, SAS 70 Type II reviewed company which invested heavily in automation and driving efficiency. In Benaissance, we have distilled our decade of COBRA and direct/retiree bill administration experience into a suite of services that directly impact our customers’ bottom line, and through economies of scale we can do the heavy lifting for our customers at a price point we could never have achieved as a single administrator. The integration of our SaaS delivered systems and centralized payment processing and mail fulfillment provide the most efficient business model this industry has ever known.
