We built one of the nation's largest SAS 70 Type II reviewed COBRA and Direct/Retiree Billing administration firms from zero clients and revenues into a firm serving over 4,000 employers sponsoring 13,000 unique benefit plans covering 400,000 employees. We managed $88MM in custodial cash for our clients and had complete accountability on this money.

In addition to our capital partner, McCarthy Capital Corporation, many members of our key management team are founding shareholders. We have worked collaboratively as a team since 2003 bringing a diverse blend of experiences to transform this important industry.
