Kelly Sopinski

Our customers love the fact Kelly is an administrator supporting administrators. During her seven year tenure as Client Services Manager at COBRA Outsourcing Company, she designed and installed innovative employee recruitment, retention and incentive programs that allowed the company to grow to 4,000 clients under management and a 94% client retention rate each year. She has folded letters, taken QB phone calls, entered payments, handled complex customer support issues, dealt with litigation and compliance inquiries and designed call center procedures, training and metrics that drove profitability to 42%. Kelly and her team are all experienced administrators who have lived the life of our customers. In addition to being a cool Mom to her young son , Kelly serves on the Executive Committee of the Guild Board for the Child Savings Institute in Omaha. Kelly also is actively involved with her parish, Holy Cross.
